CRIHSS Foundation and Cameroon’s Ministry of Public Health Sign Strategic Partnership Agreement

The Center for Research and Integrated Health Systems Strengthening (CRIHSS) Foundation and the Ministry of Public Health (MINSANTE) have signed a strategic partnership agreement aimed at strengthening Cameroon’s health system and improving timely access to and the quality of healthcare services.
The agreement, signed by Dr. Malachie Manaouda, Minister of Public Health, and Dr. Judith D. Shang, CEO and Founder of CRIHSS Foundation, focuses on key areas including medical laboratory systems strengthening, implementation of integrated biological sample transportation to improve efficiencies in laboratory diagnosis, surveillance and outbreak response across a One Health platform, biomedical waste management, and emergency last mile distribution of essential laboratory and medical consumables and supplies
Speaking during the ceremony, Dr. Judith D. Shang expressed gratitude to the Government of Cameroon and MINSANTE for their confidence in CRIHSS Foundation, reaffirming the Foundation’s commitment to supporting national health priorities through sustainable and evidence-based solutions.
Dr. Malachie Manaouda welcomed the partnership, emphasizing the importance of collaboration in advancing public health goals and improving health outcomes for communities across the country.

This agreement reflects a shared commitment to building equitable , quality and more resilient health systems and advancing Universal Health Coverage for all Cameroonians.
