At CRIHSS (Centre for Research in Integrated Health Systems and Services), we are driven by a vision of a world where everyone, regardless of age, gender, or religious background, has equitable access to quality health services. We believe that health is a fundamental human right, and we work to eliminate the barriers that prevent individuals and communities from living healthy, fulfilling lives.
We to strengthen the health systems by making them more inclusive, responsive, and effective. We focus on building capacity, supporting evidence-based practices, and promoting innovative solutions that ensure health services are delivered fairly and efficiently across all populations. Through collaboration, research, and advocacy, we are working to close the gap in health access and empower individuals to reach their fullest potential.

Founding and Initial Outreach
CRIHSS Foundation was born out of a deep commitment to addressing pressing healthcare challenges in Cameroon. With a vision rooted in hope and action, we embarked on our journey to provide equitable health solutions. Our initial outreach efforts focused on creating awareness and fostering partnerships within local communities, laying the groundwork for our impactful initiatives.
Expansion and Network Building
Over the years, CRIHSS Foundation has grown from a local initiative into a national movement, expanding its footprint across all ten regions of Cameroon. Through strategic alliances and robust network building, we've united healthcare professionals, organizations, and community leaders to work collectively toward improving healthcare accessibility and outcomes.
Impact on Rural Communities
In Cameroon’s rural areas, where healthcare services are often limited, CRIHSS Foundation has brought hope and transformation. By bridging gaps in healthcare delivery, providing essential medical services, and ensuring timely access to test results and treatments, we have empowered underserved communities and improved their quality of life.

Embracing innovation, CRIHSS Foundation has integrated digital technology into our healthcare initiatives. From streamlining test sample transportation to enhancing data accuracy, our digital advancements have revolutionized health service delivery, making it more efficient and accessible, particularly for remote regions.

To date, we have successfully coordinated healthcare initiatives in over 10 regions, improved diagnostic efficiency for thousands of patients, and partnered with numerous local and international organizations.
