Project Overview The INTRASSAT Project, led by CRIHSS Foundation, is building an Integrated Sample Transport System (ISTS) across all 10 regions of Cameroon. The project strengthens access to timely HIV and TB diagnostics by ensuring efficient, quality assured transport of laboratory samples, results, and essential health commodities. This supports the “last 95%” of the HIV care cascade and accelerates progress toward epidemic control.
